Aid Stations: The main Aid Station (Eastern Lookout) is located at the 11 km mark for 30 and 20 km races. Stocked with water, electrolyte drink (Tailwind), fruit, chips, some baked goods and other race fuel. This Aid Station is for the 20's and 30's only. The second Aid Station (Emma Peel), for the 30 km and 10 km races, is located at the 22 km mark for the 30's, and at the 7 km mark of the 10 km route (offering water, electrolytes and light snacks as well as First Aid).
Marking: The route will be very well marked with pin flags, some flagging tape, and directional arrows and signage. These will be removed by the volunteer sweeps that follow the last racer.
